Main Features
● Overall, Ortur4 is a heavy-duty 3D printer. When designing the structure, it adopts the design of many industrial-grade 3D printers. For example, the chassis (1.0MM sheet metal, other structural parts 3.0MM sheet metal) is especially emphasized. It ensures the stability of the center of gravity when printing at high speed.
● Abandon the ordinary i3 printer with aluminum profile as the XYZ axis design, use the GRS built-in dual-axis linear guide for CNC machines as the XYZ axis, which can support faster printing speed ( can set the i3 machine than the ordinary aluminum profile ). Faster than 2 times the normal printing speed), and higher printing accuracy.
Moreover, the service life of linear guides is much longer than that of ordinary aluminum profiles. Although it is expensive, it is more precise and durable.
